Team Specialism: Advanced Pregnancy Massage, Post Natal, C-Section and Scar Tissue, Calm & Restore
Jo is an experienced and highly skilled Soft Tissue Therapist with advanced training in pregnancy, postnatal recovery and scar tissue therapy. Her work is grounded in careful assessment, skilled hands-on treatment, and a deep understanding of how life experiences shape the body.
She provides advanced clinical soft tissue therapy for a wide range of musculoskeletal issues – from persistent neck and back pain to postural strain, overload injuries and more complex recovery needs. Jo is known for her calm, attentive approach and her ability to work confidently with both straightforward and more layered cases.
Jo has developed specialist expertise in advanced pregnancy massage and postnatal recovery, supporting clients through the significant physical changes that come with pregnancy and early motherhood. She understands how the body adapts, compensates and sometimes struggles – and supports the body through these changes with skill, care and confidence.
Seeing first-hand how little support is often available for post-surgical scars, Jo undertook further advanced training in scar tissue therapy. She works with C-section scars as well as abdominal, orthopaedic and other surgical scars – helping to reduce tightness, improve mobility, restore comfort and support long-term recovery. Her approach is always gentle, consent-led and adapted to the individual.
Alongside her clinical work, Jo offers Calm & Restore – a deeply restorative treatment designed to ease physical tension, support the nervous system and create space for genuine rest.
Based in Clanfield, Jo is trusted by clients across Hampshire who are looking for thoughtful, thorough and genuinely effective care.
