Advance SRM Therapies is a specialist soft tissue therapy clinic based in Clanfield, Hampshire. We support people across Petersfield, Horndean, Waterlooville, and the surrounding areas – helping them move with less pain, more ease, and greater confidence in their body.
Our clinic is calm, private, and purposefully different. We provide a focused environment where every session is shaped around you – your needs, your story, and your goals. Advance SRM Therapies was founded in 2015 by Clinical Director John-Wayne Hughes with a clear intention: to build a clinic centred on advanced soft tissue therapy delivered with expertise, integrity and genuine care for each individual. That founding vision continues to shape how we practise today.
Our team shares a commitment to high clinical standards, thoughtful reasoning and carefully tailored treatment. We support clients with everything from everyday musculoskeletal pain to complex neurological presentations, post-surgical recovery and performance demands – always placing the person, not just the problem, at the centre of treatment.
What distinguishes Advance SRM Therapies is how we work together. Most clients build an ongoing relationship with one therapist, allowing continuity and deeper understanding over time. Where appropriate, we collaborate behind the scenes – discussing cases, sharing insight and drawing on different areas of expertise to support the best possible outcome.
Occasionally, a client may choose to see another therapist for a specific skillset or scheduling need. When that happens, transitions are seamless and fully supported. The focus remains on providing the right care at the right time, backed by the collective experience of the team.
