Lymphatouch Add-On in Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy
Lymphatouch may be used within a Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy session where clinically appropriate, including to support healing following contusions, oedema, or internal scarring associated with muscle or ligament injury. Where used in this way, an additional fee of £40 applies alongside the standard appointment price.

Client's Questions Answered
Can I add extra time to a session?
Yes – if you need longer during a session, we can extend at the same per-minute rate. Just let your therapist know.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes – visit our shop to browse gift voucher options.
Can I share a pack with my partner or family?
Absolutely. Treatment packs can be shared between family members, so you can split sessions however works best for your household. It’s one of our most popular options.
Do packs or vouchers expire?
No. We don’t put a time limit on your sessions – they’re here when you need them, whether that’s weekly or once every few months.
What's included in the initial assessment?
Your first session includes a full clinical assessment – we’ll talk through your history, assess movement and tissue quality, and start treatment in the same appointment. No separate consultation fee.
Can I claim through health insurance?
Our invoices are accepted by many health insurance providers, including Simply Health, Health Shield, and Medicash. Check with your provider before booking to confirm your cover.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. However, late cancellations make it difficult for us to offer that time to someone else. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full.
Is there a fee for out-of-hours or short-notice appointments?
From time to time, clients request appointments outside our normal clinic hours or at very short notice. To allow this flexibility while protecting therapist wellbeing and family time, a £25 out-of-hours or short-notice appointment fee may apply. This will always be discussed at the time of booking.
