Pelvic Girdle Pain

Pelvic girdle pain is one of the most common – and most misunderstood – pregnancy-related issues. It can cause aching, sharp, or shifting discomfort across the pubic bone, hips, lower back, or sacroiliac joints, often making walking, turning in bed, or standing painful.

At Advance SRM Therapies, we understand that PGP is not just “part of pregnancy” – it’s a treatable issue. Our advanced soft tissue therapy targets the muscles, fascia and tension patterns contributing to pelvic misalignment and discomfort.

We support clients with:

  • Symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD)
  • Pain at the front or back of the pelvis
  • Sacroiliac joint pain
  • Gluteal and hip tightness linked to instability
  • Postural adaptations worsening pelvic load

Treatment is adapted to your trimester, pain pattern and movement tolerance. Sessions may include soft tissue release, gentle positioning work, and strategies to manage daily movement. Where needed, we also provide home exercises or taping support to stabilise the pelvis.

You don’t have to choose between staying active and staying comfortable.
PGP is real – and with the right support, it can be eased.
