Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can be sharp, aching, or feel like your movement is constantly restricted. One of the most common and frustrating conditions we see is frozen shoulder – where mobility becomes severely limited and pain builds over time. We also treat shoulder pain caused by poor posture, rotator cuff issues, or muscle overload from daily activity or sport.

Shoulder problems often involve compensation across the neck, upper back and chest – which is why our assessment and treatment looks at the whole picture, not just one joint.

We help with:

  • Rotator cuff irritation or injury
  • Frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)
  • Shoulder impingement or instability
  • Desk or posture-related tension
  • Pain referring into the neck, upper back or arm

Using expert soft tissue therapy, we work to reduce pain, restore movement, and release muscular holding patterns. Where needed, we integrate kinesiology taping, mobility work or rehab support to help recovery stick.
