"I visited Jo for a Scar Tissue Therapy after having my second c-section. After the first few sessions I could already see dramatic improvement in the appearance of my scar but the true test was when I returned to competitive swimming where I had previously (after my first c-section) suffered a lot of pain across my lower abdomen and behind my scar. Jo had explained how scar tissue can attach to muscle and demonstrated selection of massage techniques for me to try at home. This was fantastic. Then a year later I returned for more advice alongside another scar tissue treatment where she introduced the silicone cupping along the scar to loosen the scar tissue from the abdominal muscles that had finally repaired themselves. I was sold! I bought some cups there and then and haven’t looked back! I cannot recommend Jo enough!
