Jessica is Joint Director of Advance SRM Therapies, leading the strategic direction, growth and client experience of the clinic. While she is not a practising therapist, her role focuses on shaping the culture, standards and long-term vision of the business.
Before moving into leadership and community strategy, Jessica trained professionally at Italia Conti in London and went on to perform internationally across America, Canada and Europe in the Irish dance production Spirit of the Dance, as well as touring globally on cruise ships. As a professional dancer, she understood early the physical demands placed on the body – and the fine balance between performance, recovery and resilience.
Her dance career ended prematurely following a dislocated knee sustained in Rotterdam – an injury she was unable to fully rehabilitate with the limited support available to her at the time. That experience profoundly shaped her perspective. She understands first-hand what it feels like to lose a career through injury, to feel underserved by basic rehabilitation, and to wish for deeper, more skilled support.
This lived experience sits quietly but powerfully behind Advance SRM’s philosophy: that people deserve time, thoughtful care, and clinicians who look beyond the surface of pain.
Alongside her performance background, Jessica built a successful corporate career in community investment and social impact strategy. She led large-scale funding programmes, developed strategic partnerships, and created initiatives designed to generate measurable local impact. That same structured, values-led leadership now underpins how Advance SRM operates – blending ethical business practice with clinical excellence.
Jessica oversees the systems that support the clinic’s growth, partnerships and community engagement. She is particularly passionate about building a healthcare business that remains human as it scales – rooted in Clanfield, inclusive in its approach, and trusted by those who may not have found answers elsewhere.
As a mother of four and long-time local resident, she understands the complexity of modern family life and believes healthcare should feel accessible, respectful and genuinely supportive.
Advance SRM Therapies reflects her belief that performance, recovery and community responsibility belong in the same conversation.
At Advance SRM Therapies, our team is driven by a deep passion for soft tissue therapy and a commitment to helping every client overcome pain and enhance their overall well-being. We’ve created a space where expert care meets a personalised approach—ensuring every treatment supports lasting recovery, improved movement, and a better quality of life. It’s this dedication that makes Advance SRM more than just a clinic—it’s a place where real progress happens.
