AdvanceSRM terms and conditions - The rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use the services on offer.

Terms and Conditions

All services purchased from AdvanceSRM must be preceded by the client acknowledging, by way of completing out client in-take form, that he/she has any reason or contraindication to their knowledge that prevents him/her from receiving massage therapy. All applicants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian and be accompanied by said parent/guardian during any treatments. The client also agrees to abide by the regulations of AdvanceSRM and acknowledges that these regulations may change from time to time. If purchasing packages that require payments to be made in installments, the applicant agrees to approve such installments be made by debit/credit card on the dates as predetermined in the services contract.

*Registration & Purchase of Services: To register or purchase from the AdvanceSRM's online booking system, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Refunds and Cancellations

Be aware that AdvanceSRM has a Refund and Cancellation Policy in place. AdvanceSRM require clients to inform us if they are not able to keep an appointment.

Since all Massage services are by appointment and payment is made using a major credit or debit card, the client will not be be charged until Massage services are rendered unless the client does not call or does turn up for their appointment. If a client needs to cancel an appointment AdvanceSRM requires at least 24 hours notice. The full cost of the pre-booked massage will be charged for No-Shows or cancellations within 24 hours.

If a client has a Gift Card with AdvanceSRM they shouid plan ahead when making an appointment. The sooner they call to schedule an appointment the better chance they have of getting the day and time the want. Waiting until the last few days before the expiration date might make it more difficult in getting in before it expires, so clients should call as soon as possible after receiving a Gift Card. Regarding monthly subscriptions, cancellations can be made at any point following the start of the subscription with one months notice.

There is no reimbursement available if a client fails to book or attend a pre-booked monthly massage within the calendar month. Fees are non-refundable and have no cash value on future appointments. When running late for an appointment a client will only recieve treatment for the amount remaining of the scheduled appointment (including the time needed to fill out any relevant paperwork). A client will be considered a "No-Show" if they have not arrived for an appointment within 15 minutes after the schedule appointment time and they will be charged for the full price of the pre-booked session. For example, if a client scheduled an appointment for 9.00am and did not show by 9:15am they would be considered a No-Show and would be charged the full price of the session.

Last minute cancellations and no-shows will result in full service charges for a pre-booked session or voidance of a pre-booked session when using a gift voucher.

If a client is not familiar to where the clinic is located it is suggested clients leave extra early in order to arrive promptly before the appointment.

Clients should not hesitate to call if they have any questions about the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
