Although there is no quick fix for poor posture, at Advance SRM Therapies you can expect a combination of soft tissue therapy and postural re-education to help you develop sensations and perceptions that will in turn encourage your body to 1. move in the way it is designed to be used and 2. cultivate a healthy posture.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

It is for anyone, irrespective of age, whose health and well-being is being adversely affected by poor posture and are looking for a way to reduce the impact of their job, home-life or local environment.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

Before any treatment, you will need to complete a client intake form which will enable us to get a detailed understanding of the problems you are facing as a result of your posture. This will then be followed by a full postural assessment to ensure that your treatment can be tailored to the specifics of your unhealthy posture.
